Welcome to Regal Media Press. This Sales and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing sales, payments, and refunds for the services we provide. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Sales and Service Agreement
- All services are executed under legally binding contracts signed via PandaDoc.
- Contracts outline the scope of work, payment schedules, deliverables, and other relevant terms.
- By signing the contract, the client agrees to abide by the stated terms.
2. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer.
- Invoices are issued upon signing the contract, with payment schedules outlined.
- All transactions are processed in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD, CNY, NZD, SGD.
- Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) are the client's responsibility.
- Stripe transactions are secure and may have additional fees.
- Refunds via Stripe take 5-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on service completion stage.
- If no agreed media opportunity is secured, the client is entitled to a refund.
- Refunds are not valid if there are delays from the client's end.
- Once the project starts, termination is not possible due to pre-booked press spots.
- After project completion, no refunds are provided.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant details.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable items include custom work, transaction fees, and third-party costs.
4. Service Modifications
- Clients can request changes to the scope of work.
- Modifications may require a revised agreement and affect cost/timeline.
- Additional charges, if applicable, must be approved by the client.
5. Payment Disputes
- Clients should contact us directly for payment-related issues.
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in service suspension until resolved.
6. Limitations of Liability
Regal Media Press is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical issues, or third-party disruptions.
